如何導入知識管理探討 以A公司為例

摘要


現在企業已經進入知識爆炸的世代,所以「誰能先擁有知識者,誰就可以擁有這個新世代的贏家!」,目前企業都在倡導知識管理,其實知識管理導入的成敗關鍵,就是在導入的階段,因為在導入過程中,會遇到許多瓶頸,造成推動知識管理的阻礙,所以企業組織必須要克服這些困難,才能使知識管理產生正面的效益。 本研究最終目的利用知識管理的理論及實務的導入方法,來幫助個案公司推動知識管理,能夠有所助益。 最後結論知識管理導入成功並不是一蹴而成的,而是要逐步慢慢地導入,個案公司成功關鍵為下列九項: (1)先取得公司主管及重要幹部的持續支持與認同,不管遇到任何困難都要持續導入。 (2)確認知識管理與組織的目的或利益是否有相連結。 (3)確認知識管理系統應需要哪些功能? (4)開放使用各項知識管理資訊系統並訓練知識種子人員。 (5)建立文件統一標準化格式及知識管理作業準則規範制度。 (6)啟動每月提醒信函功能,來提醒每個部門應要上載文件卻沒有上載。 (7)公告個人文件數量及文件品質排行榜。 (8)公告獎勵辦法來激勵員工。 (9)評估導入知識管理的成效,及不斷地修正知識管理系統的缺點。

Today, enterprise has enter an era of knowledge explosion, hence, ”The one who can owns knowledge will be the winner of this new generation!”. Today, lots of enterprises are promoting the concept of knowledge management, actually, the key to the success of knowledge management is in the introduction stage, because, in the introduction process, there will be lots of bottlenecks, which will be the obstacles of the promotion of knowledge management, hence, enterprise must surmount these difficulties before the creation of the positive effectiveness of knowledge management can be reached. The final objective of this study is to use the theoretical and practical introduction method of knowledge management to help the case study company to promote knowledge management. Finally, we have reached a conclusion that the success of the introduction of knowledge management can not reached in single step, that is, it should be introduced slowly, and the key to the success of the case study company are nine items as in the followings: (1) Get first the support and recognition from the director and important supervisors of the company, and continuous introduction is needed no matter what kind of difficulties are encountered. (2) Make sure if knowledge management is connected to the objective or the profit of the organization. (3) Make sure what kinds of functions knowledge management system must possess? (4) Start the use of the entire knowledge management information system and train the knowledge seed personnel. (5) Set up uniform standardized format of document and standard operation procedures for knowledge management. (6) Start the monthly reminding letter function to remind each department if here is any document that should be uploaded but not uploaded. (7) Announce the ranking of quantity of personal document and the document quality. (8) Announce encouragement to encourage the employees. (9) Evaluate the effectiveness for the introduction of the knowledge management, and continuously correct the drawbacks of knowledge management system.
