電子表單系統導入之探討 - 以 A 公司為例

摘要


近年來,企業流程管理軟體市場成長快速,表單流程電子化則是最普遍的應用方式之一。本研究深入探討電子表單系統的實務應用,並提出電子表單系統導入規劃建議,期望能對流程管理的實務應用有所貢獻。 本研究採取個案研究法,選定國內一家跨國公司為研究對象,針對其表單流程電子化的發展源起與演進過程進行探討,本研究將個案公司的系統發展歷程分為三大階段,分別為:電子表單導入階段、電子表單跨系統整合階段、電子表單全球簽核應用階段。 闡述說明各階段的問題與解決對策後,歸納出研究發現與結論如下: 1. 先挑選簡單的表單流程進行電子化,有助於快速累積經驗。 2. 擁有任務聚焦且穩定的專業資訊團隊,有利於系統規劃發展。 3. 資訊系統效益帶來新的改善動能,形成良性發展循環。 4. 了解並選擇適當資訊科技,可達事半功倍效果。 5. 電子表單系統在企業的資訊系統架構中,可成為企業流程平台。 6. 企業應善用資訊科技,並持續掌握流程改善機會 最後,分別針對個案公司與實務界,提出電子表單系統規劃建議,並對後續研究者提出未來研究方向建議。

The market of business process management software is growing rapidly and electronic forms application is one of the most popular topics. Hoping this study could contribute to industries the practice reference for electronic forms application. This research is intending to understand the evolution of electronic forms system in certain multinational company by case study. Whole evolution of case company’s e-forms system could be divided into three stages, the implementation stage, the cross-system process integration stage, and the global approval stage. After elucidating each stage, the following results are found in this research. 1. Choosing less complex process for automation is helpful for gaining experience quickly. 2. To build a stable, task focused and professional information technology team is good for system development. 3. System benefits can bring new momentum to enable positive cycle for system development. 4. Understanding and choosing appropriate information technology can save effort for system development. 5. Electronic forms system can play a role as a business process platform in enterprise application architecture. 6. Enterprise should make use of information technology and take opportunities to improve business process. Finally, some suggestions for businesses and further studies are made.
