近年來在政府的大力推動下,政府與國營企業及大專院校等機構均陸續採用公文線上簽核作業方式,許多學者投入線上簽核相關研究歸納出,導入線上簽核系統將對於組織產生節省傳遞時效、降低作業成本、節約儲存空間、管控簽核流程及強化資訊安全等效益,此外亦有學者提到,內部使用者對系統滿意度的提升也是資訊系統對組織產生貢獻之因素,本研究將對個案公司在導入線上簽核系統後,內部使用者對於線上簽核系統的滿意度進行研究,找出影響線上簽核系統滿意度的關鍵因素,期望研究結果能提供欲導入線上簽核系統之企業做為評估導入線上簽核流程之參考,能對於簽核流程管理電子化的實務應用有所貢獻。
n recent years, the energetic efforts of the government, the government and state-owned enterprises and universities and other institutions have gradually adopted documents online approval practices. Many researchers generalize the practices of online approval document, import online approval system will generate savings for the organization delivery time, reduce operating costs, save storage space, control signoff process and strengthen information security and other benefits. In addition, some researchers recommend enhance the system of internal user satisfaction factors to intensify the organization. This study have demonstrated a model of internal staff in online approval system satisfaction for discover the key factor of online approval system satisfaction, the results are expected to provide the information for company preparation for online approval system, to assess the process of online approval documents for electronic sign-off process management contribute to the practical application.
