高雄港觀光碼頭區的遊客之遊客特性、遊憩動機與重遊意願 之關係探討

摘要


本研究為一初探性研究,旨於分析高雄港觀光碼頭區遊客的遊客特性(遊客背景和遊憩特性)、遊憩動機與重遊意願之現況、其間的影響關係,並藉由不同高雄港觀光碼頭區域截然不同的特性,導引出其相異的遊客特性、遊憩動機與重遊意願。本研究將遊憩動機分為:推、拉力因素2個部分,針對推拉力因素延伸出的8個細部因素,復經信效度、敘述統計、卡方、變異數、相關與迴歸等分析得知:高雄港觀光碼頭區的遊客於性別分佈上屬平均,尤以20-29歲、學生和上班族群、未婚、大學學歷,收入9,999(含)元以下、20,000-40,000元、在地(高雄)遊客居多,主要藉由「親朋好友」的口耳相傳獲知該區的遊憩資訊,多和親朋好友或情侶騎乘機車或行駛自用車前來,停留0-4小時,且多為散客。推動遊客前往遊憩最大的因素依序為:「放鬆身心」、「暫時擺脫日常生活壓力」、「增進友誼」、「暫時放下日常的例行性事務」、「消遣時間」;拉動遊客最大的因素則為:「欣賞碼頭風景(船隻出入的壯觀景色)」、「享受大自然」。多數遊客願意再次來訪或推薦他人來訪高雄港觀光碼頭區,同樣也願意在未來將高雄港觀光碼頭區列為優先考量的遊憩景點。同時本研究發現4個不同的高雄港觀光碼頭區的遊客特性(遊客背景和遊憩特性)與遊憩動機具有截然不同的特色,不同遊客特性(遊客背景和遊憩特性)在推拉力動機與重遊意願有顯著差異,且推拉力動機皆對重遊意願具有正向影響。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among tourist characteristics, recreation motivation, and revisit intention of Kaohsiung tourism docklands. The recreation motivation of research separates into two sections, push and pull, these two elements extend into eight factors. The study found that Kaohsiung tourism docklands are mainly consist of students, commuters, single person and graduates, the average age is between 20 and 29 years old, revenues 9,999 (included) , 20,000 - 40,000 dollars and mainly are locals and the spot is usually informed by friends. Most tourism visit the spot by scooters and cars, stay for 0-4 hours. Pushing motivations are relax the body, get rid of daily stress, get closer friendship, get rid of daily routine and time killing. Pulling elements are appreciating the port of Kaohsiung and enjoy the nature. Most visitors would like to visit again and recommend others the Kaohsiung tourism docklands, meanwhile; they are willing to list it as the priority choice. The results indicated that the significant differences found in tourist characteristics and recreation motivation were influenced by four different tourism identities, besides, different tourist have different recreation motivation and revisit intention. The study also found that there is a positive relationship between recreation motivation and revisit intention.
