台灣再生能源與燃料電池關鍵技術與應用研究

摘要


本論文旨在研究台灣潔淨能源之現在與未來產業及技術發展狀況,並與先進國家做一比較分析,以期在新一波能源產業技術革命中,幫助台灣找到另一局面之國際分工與定位,並達到節能減碳之目的。本文提及在眾潔淨能源中以較適合我國環境狀況及產業結構發展的如風力能、太陽能、生質能、地熱和新能源之燃料電池為研究主軸;並將此內容依目前之產業面、應用面及技術面做SWOT與五力分析,而在技術層面之關鍵技術另外歸納整理以Roadmap圖表方式表達其發展時程。綜合研究結果顯見我國於潔淨能源之領域確實有很大之發展空間,且能源科技未來發展方向已被經濟部列入國家重點即定計劃之一,因此發展潔淨能源已是無悔政策,在此前題下,本研究有其研究之必要性。

This paper aims to study the present and future of clean energy industry and technology development in Taiwan, and the comparative analysis with the advanced countries. The discussions hope to help Taiwan to find another situation and location of the international division of labor, and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing carbon in the next technology revolution in the energy industry. This article concluded that the clean energy such as wind, solar, biomass, geothermal, and fuel cell are more suitable for the main axle study of energy studies in the state of the environment and the industrial structure of development for. According to the present analysis of the industrial and application and technical by SWOT and Five forces, it reorganizes in the key technologies induction by roadmap the way that expresses its development time. The summarized results of apparent field of clean energy in Taiwan is indeed in a lot of room for development, in addition, energy technology and the future direction of Ministry of Economic Affairs has been established as a national key project of policy. Therefore, this study has the necessity for the no regrets policy of development of green energy in Taiwan.
