摘要

一般性的決策支援系統(DSS)利用三個主要的單元，提供一易於使用者操作的互動介面，幫助管理者更容易制定決定，本研究發展一基於馬可夫決策過程(MDP)之決策支援系統，選擇適合的動作集合在相對的狀態上，組成較佳的策略以達到最大化期望平均收益，根據馬可夫鏈理論，系統持續追蹤描述接受過連鎖藥局服務之慢性病患的動作與協助企業掌握或影響消費者行為，加以刺激顧客的購買，最後利用輸入從一真實連鎖藥局所蒐集的資料至系統，以對照建議與原始策略之收益，因此系統可提出一較優的動作集合。

A general Decision Support System (DSS) uses three major units to provide a user-friendly interface which assists managers in making decisions easier. This paper developed a Decision Support System based on Markov Decision Process (MDP) to compose a better strategy in order to maximize the expected average reward by choosing the appropriate action sets in corresponding states. According to the Markov Chain Theory, this system can keep track the actions of the chronic disease patients served by a chain drugstore and help the corporation grasp or influence consuming behavior to further motivate customer’s purchase. In the end, by inputting the data collected from an actual chain drugstore into the system to contrast the profits between the suggested and original strategies; thus the system can propose a superior action set.
