現今科技的發展安全儀控設備相關法規越來越重要,只有通過法規的審查才可以取得運作執照。然而法規的複雜性往往造成儀控設備需求與開發商間認知的差異,而造成合作上的鴻溝。因此如何縮短雙方之間的知識與認知上的差異為本研究主要的方向。 基於縮短儀控設備需求與開發商間認知的差異,本研究將以核電廠儀控為例提出一套建立安全儀控法規知識本體(Ontology)的方法。進一步提出知本體的相關應用包括法規符合性檢查及測試案例產生。透過知識本體可促成管制單位及申請執照者雙方認知一致,有助於改善雙方協商上的困難,將使得開發出來的安全系統更能符合實際的需求。
The relevant regulations safety-class Instrument & Control (I&C) systems are getting more and more important. Such systems need to obtain an operation license by passing the regulatory review., However, the complexity of safety-class I&C regulations leads to a huge cognitive gap between the regulator and the vendor. Thus, how to eliminate the knowledge gap between these two parties is a major motivation of this study. In order to minimize the cognitive gap between the regulator and the license applicant, we proposed a method to design an Ontology for the safety-class I&C knowledge based on IEEE standard 603. In addition, this research developed ontology-based related applications, including conformance checking and test case generation . Through the constructed ontology, both the regulator and the license applicant can reseach consensus, which is helpful in improving communication, and thus, makes the developed safety systems more suitable for practical demands.
