利用模擬退火法於液晶光電相關器在影像辨識之研究

Using Simulated Annealing on Liquid Crystal Optical Correlator to Study Image Recognition

摘要


在本研究中,我們利用模擬退火法的概念來設計出最佳化的參考影像,並搭配Mach-Zehnder聯合轉換相關器以辨識不同形變的目標。首先以黑白的蝴蝶圖旋轉角度由-14°至14°以每兩度取一張的方式共取出15張影像分別作為目標影像及訓練影像。首先,由Minimum average correlation energy(MACE)的方法產生一個最初參考影像,之後利用模擬退火法的收斂特性應用於MZJTC中。使得相關平面的能量值為最小化,因此相關峰值越尖銳,我們越能準確地判斷目標影像的位置。

In this research, we use the concept of simulated annealing to design the optimized reference image, and to combine with a Mach-Zehnder joint transform correlator (MZJTC) for identifying the different deformation of the target. First, we fetch out 15 black and white butterfly diagram images every 2° by rotate on from -14° to 14°, where the original image is used as the target image and the others are as training images. In the beginning, the system yields one reference image by minimum average correlation energy (MACE) method. Then we apply the convergence characteristic of simulated annealing (SA) in Mach-Zehnder joint transform correlator. Finally it can accurately determine the location of the target image when the system minimizes the correlation plane energy to yield the sharp correlation peak.
