消費性電子產品現今不斷演進及升級,也幾乎於三個月在前一季的產品將或許就 準備將要淘汰,而新產品開發也是每家企業有機會可獲利的要素之一,但成功的 新產品開發除了掌握市場時機與技術外,在管理面更是不能所忽視的重要條件, 如最後結論所提,台灣電子業大多數是以代工為型態,在對於專案的掌控進行執行過程將可能決定於產品的成敗,本研究中的個案公司也是其中之一,以落實的專案管理流程,以突破創新開發風險降至最低,均獲取最高的利潤。 許多企業已在導入專案管理做管理新產品開發或專案的管控,但是專案進行到最後卻常有以失敗為收場,或是產品完成後,並未看見獲利。本研究以電子產業中的家庭消費性產品:數位電視機上盒為例,探討個案公司以專案管理模式,與成功執行的專案案例,期能提供電子產業專案管理做為參考。
A Consumer electronics products continue to evolve and upgrade at present . almost three months , the last season product probably ready to be phased out New development as key fact of profit-making for each company , in additional to timing and technology, management also as important as well . as mentioned in the final conclusion that most of Taiwan's electronics industry as type of OEM , the precise control and conduct on the project management is the most important to the successful new development . the case studied here is one of the successful example , minimize risk , maximum profit by breakthrough innovation and precise control on project process . Many company do introduce project management as well control to new product development , but not every case turn to successful , some of end in failure .
