本研究的目的在了解職場工作者的自卑感、成就動機及工作滿意狀態,並探究自卑感、成就動機及工作滿意狀態之間的關連性。對象為北部職場工作者之人員,研究工具包括自卑感量表、成就動機量表和工作滿足量表等;共發出320份問卷,回收307份,有效回收率95.9%。資料分析採用 SPSS17.0軟件版本。根據統計的數據分析,進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、及逐步迴歸分析方法來預測職場工作者的自卑感、成就動機及工作滿意。研究結果發現:(1)避免自卑感情節正向預測成就動機有顯著影響。( 2 ) 工作者避免自卑感正向預測工作滿足有顯著影響。( 3 )成就動機正向測預工作滿足有顯著影響。( 4 )人口變項部份影響自卑感、成就動機及工作滿足有顯著影響。
The purpose of this study was to understand the inferiority complex of the workers in the workplace, the state of achievement motivation and job satisfaction. The participants included or e workplace workers in the northern part of Taiwan.The research tools consisted of an inferiority complex scale, the scale of achievement motivation and job satisfaction scale with a total of 320 questionnaires and 95.9% valid response rate. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software version. A several statistical data analysis procedures were conducted including descriptive statistics, single factor analysis of variance ,Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis. The results of this study suggested . The showed that: (1) Inferiority complex plot positively predicted achievement motivation have a significant effect. (2) Workers inferiority complex positively predict job satisfaction have a significant effect. (3) Achievement motivation are measured pre-job satisfaction have a significant effect. (4) Several demographic variables affect the levels of inferiority, achievement motivation and job satisfaction.
