電子零組件營運態勢分析-以某跨國企業為例

摘要


本論文研製之源自於面對台灣電子零組件廠商面臨到獲利衰退,競爭日益劇烈的態勢,產品開發與上市的腳步越來越快,優秀人才不斷遭到挖角,戰線已經延展到全球性的資本商業戰爭。 當前首要面對的是韓廠的競爭,因此對於韓廠的大型企業的成功與模式,希望能加以分析與借鏡優勢之處,並規避與研究其特性與弱勢之處,以做為將來營運策略的規劃,與面對挑戰時,如何進一步的做出因應措施。 遇到幾乎是無懈可擊的競爭對手,一直持續不斷的進步,如何跟上腳步,如何超越,如何面對強大的競爭力,均是當前的課題與需要持續的保持,經營者要能夠重視人才培育,選才、育才、用才、留才,以強化企業文化與提升團隊組織的戰力,讓組織成員能有所遵循準則,凝聚向心力,共同成長,互惠共享,以達企業之長遠發展與永續經營的目標。

A procedure is the paper from the development of the face to Taiwan Electronic Components manufacturers in the current decline of profitability, under increasingly competitive situation. The increasingly rapid pace of product development and listed, talents are constantly being hired away from the front has been extended to the global business war. The primary face of the Korean company’s competition, as great success model for large enterprises of Korean, be analyzed and learn the advantages of place, and to circumvent and to study the characteristics and vulnerable at as a future operational strategy planning, and to face challenges, how to compete with this kind of huge enterprise. Almost impeccable competitors, continuous improvement, how to keep pace, how to go beyond, and how to face a strong competitive edge, are currently the subject of the need to continue to maintain the operators to be able to attach importance to personnel training, before the election , talent, talent, retention, and to strengthen the corporate culture and to enhance the combat capability of the team organization, so that members can follow the guidelines for cohesion and grow together, mutual sharing, to achieve long-term development and sustainable management of the enterprises’ goals.
