近年來,半導體產業競爭激烈,為了因應產業環境的快速變遷,藉由併購行為來進行資源整合並提昇企業綜效,已成為目前企業快速成長的決策之一,資訊系統及資訊服務的完全整合對於成功的企業合併扮演著相當關鍵的角色,在進行資訊系統整合時,決策者會面臨到該如何選擇系統整合方案的決策,在過往的案例中,決策者常使用經驗法則來進行決策,較容易陷入決策的陷阱中,本研究利用紫式決策分析架構輔助決策者,看清企業合併環境下系統整合的全貌,不拘泥單一面向,並以全盤的角度做思考與決策判斷。 本研究主要目的是提出企業合併環境下系統整合的決策分析架構,協助決策者找出適當的決策方案,並以製造執行系統整合為例,研究結果發現本研究提供決策者一個方便易用的決策模式,並可依據問題定義找出相關的評估屬性,針對各屬性做綜合的判斷並衡量決策者主觀偏好,而獲得最適當的決策方案。
In recent years, intense competitions are among semiconductor industry. Enterprise elevate their level of competence by merge another business entity has become one of the strategies to accelerate the expansion of the business territory and enterprise growth, he key roles to successful mergers and acquisitions required fully integrated information technology systems and services. During the process of system integration, decision maker tend to fall into the trap by referring pass experiences as option to final decision, this study uses UNISON decision framework to provide decision-makers the access to see the whole picture of system integration under the environment of a business combination, be able to have varity of option and overall angles in decision making. The main purpose of this study is to provide the framework for MES system integration under businesses mergers, an useful tool to make critical decisions. According to the empirical study conducted from a semiconductor company, the results showed that is easy to use decision making model and conduct problem layout to define problem attribution, and then judge decision maker’s subjective favorite in making success decision.
