摘要

企業若能有效導入創新性的企業電子化（E化）應用系統，不僅能提升組織各項作業之效率與效能，亦能增加組織之營運績效及競爭優勢。然而，由以往文獻與相關研究可以瞭解到，許多企業在導入企業電子化系統的過程中往往因遭遇到許多衝擊與挑戰而導致問題叢生，而導入後之成效也往往未如預期。本文主要在於探討影響企業電子化系統導入之績效因素，本研究的結果可提供做為導入企業電子化之重要參考，而後續研究者亦可以利用本研究所提之初步成果做為未來發展企業電子化成功導入模式之理論基礎。

More and more enterprises have implemented innovative e-business applications to enhance their operational efficiency and the business performance, as well as competitive advantages. However, the effectiveness of implementing e-business systems is not as expectations for most enterprises since there are numerous problems and challenges occurred in the implementation process of e-business systems. The main purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the implementation of e-business systems based on the e-business literatures. Moreover, the results of this study are interesting to business managers or information systems executives involved in initiating or conducting e-business implementation exercises, and to researchers interested in e-business.
