More and more enterprises have implemented innovative e-business applications to enhance their operational efficiency and the business performance, as well as competitive advantages. However, the effectiveness of implementing e-business systems is not as expectations for most enterprises since there are numerous problems and challenges occurred in the implementation process of e-business systems. The main purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the implementation of e-business systems based on the e-business literatures. Moreover, the results of this study are interesting to business managers or information systems executives involved in initiating or conducting e-business implementation exercises, and to researchers interested in e-business.
