摘要 由於在2010年台灣鴻海集團於中國大陸的富士康生產基地及生活園區內,連續發生多起員工跳樓自殺的事件,因此,中國大陸地區的勞動條件及員工的情緒管理開始受到外界社會的強烈關注,本研究是在此背景下,進行檢視基層員工的情緒管理能力,以及學力程度、進修課程上的需求,其對員工個人的生涯規劃及組織績效有何影響。本研究是延續詹琇婷(2011)中國大陸基層員工情緒管理對組織績效影響之研究以及林沛萱(2010)情緒商數與工作績效關係之研究。 本研究的研究內容是探討學力、進修意願、情緒商數、組織承諾、工作績效與工作壓力之相關性以及探討基層員工的進修意願為何,採用問卷調查的方式,針對正崴公司在廣東省的富東廠區進行發放,共發出1050份,回收1007份,有效問卷為858份、無效問卷為149份,分別佔總回收份數比率為85.2%及14.8%,將收集到的資料以描述性分析、獨立樣本T檢定、ANOVA檢定、相關分析等方式來進行分析與研究。 研究結論所得如下: 1. 進修意願與情緒商數、工作績效、組織承諾之間具有正向顯著性相關。 2. 基層員工的學力程度普遍較差,但在進修課程上,有強烈的進修意願且不同的個人,在課程上的意願程度也不太相同。
Twelve Foxconn workers attempted suicide caused ten workers died from January to May 2010. International community had concerned about labor conditions and employees emotional management in Mainland China. With this concern, the research was going to focus on management ability of emotion, basic competence degree and their motivations of learning through assembly line workers in order to know the effect between organizational performance and personal career development. The content of this research focused on the relationship of basic competence, learning motives, emotional intelligence quotient, job performance and organizational commitment. This research used survey method, the subjects were Foxlink’s employees in Guangdong , Mainland China. A total of 1050 questionnaires were issued, 1007 copies collected, 858 questionnaires were valid and 149 questionnaires were invalid. Thanks for Foxlink Chairman T.C. Gou provided great support in this research process. Research results were revealed as follow: 1. Learning motives, emotional intelligence quotient, job performance and organizational commitment were significant correlated. 2. Although the assembly line workers scored low on the degree of basic competence test, they had positive learning motives on all the courses.
