在二十一世紀知識經濟時代中,企業面臨著高度競爭與快速變遷的環境,所以組織必須經常檢視內部狀況,並進行必要之調整,以維持競爭優勢。然而,在現今資訊時代的環境下,資訊科技被認為是企業維持長期競爭發展之工具,資訊系統也成為企業不可或缺的工具,而企業中資訊科技的推手即為資訊部門,所以資訊部門績效的好壞就顯得格外重要,高績效的資訊部門便能替企業帶來高度的競爭力。 本研究探討資訊部主管領導風格、工作特性、主管專業能力、團隊合作與資訊部門工作績效間之關係,並再以主管領導風格做為調節變數;研究工具使用問卷調查方式進行,最後回收取得190份有效樣本,樣本以企業內部資訊部門人員為發放對象。 研究結果顯示,轉換型領導與交易型領導對資訊部門工作績效有顯著的正相關;工作特性中除工作完整性外,技能多樣性、工作重要性、自主性、回饋性對資訊部門工作績效有顯著的正相關;主管專業能力對資訊部門工作績效有顯著的正相關;團隊合作對資訊部門工作績效有顯著的正相關;轉換型領導對工作特性中的回饋性、工作重要性與資訊部門工作績效間具有調節作用;交易型領導對工作特性中的回饋性和團隊合作與資訊部門工作績效間具有調節作用。
In the 21 st century, the era of knowledge economy, enterprises are facing a highly competitive and rapidly changing environment. Organizations must often review their internal management, and make the necessary adjustments to maintain competitive edge. However, in today’s environment, information technology is regarded as the most important tools to maintain long-term competitive advantage. Therefore, IT department is always the pushing hands in enterprises. This study is to probe into the relationship among IT department leadership style, job characteristics, leader’s competence, team working and IT department’s performance. Questionaire was used to collect total 190 participants’ responses. Both transformational leadership and transactional leadership are positively correlated to IT department’s performance. Among job characteristics, skill variety, task significance, task autonomy, task feedback all positively correlated with IT department’s performance. Leader’s competence is positively correlated with IT department’s performance. Team working is also positively correlated with IT department’s performance. Transformational leadership has a regulatory role in the path from task feedback, task significance to IT department’s performance. On the other hand, transactional leadership has a regulatory role in the path from task feedback, team working and IT department’s performance.
