台灣動畫產業之人才培育研究

A study of Talent Development for Animation Industry in Taiwan

摘要

本研究旨在探討台灣動畫產業之人才培育發展相關議題，並輔以日本與南韓動畫產業發展的成功經驗予以參考，並以文獻分析法、次級資料蒐集法做為資料蒐集之工具參考，做為訪談大綱的參考，以概推性地瞭解台灣動畫產業發展現況；再輔以深度訪談法，並針對國內的產、官、學相關人士進行訪談，以獲知其對動畫產業人才培育發展的認知與態度，並進一步整理歸納出更深入詳細的分析資料，以做為政策檢討與動畫產業在人才培育面向，未來發展策略擬定之依據。

This study aimed to explore Taiwanese animation industry and talent development issues, supplemented by the development of animation industry in Japan and South Korea's successful experience. The main stream of this research used literature analytic method, the secondary analysis and depth interview to understand of Taiwanese animation industry development status. Further summarize the whole management more in-depth detailed analysis of the data as a basis for policy review and the animation industry in personnel training for the future development strategy for the development of the basis.
