摘要

本研究的主要目的，是以DICOM規範之12導程結構化心電圖報告模板，建立一套跨平臺心電圖結構化報告資訊系統。此系統中可以供臨床12導程心電圖檔案的讀取、顯示、測量及診斷編輯等服務。本研究開發的12導程心電圖結構化報告系統，是以HTML5語法開發，因此可以跨平臺使用，且將原本二進制的DICOM模板轉換成可跨平臺的文字模式的XML心電圖報告模版。未來，表達心電圖異常發現，及診斷意見撰寫，可在本系統執行並保存醫生診斷資訊，作為日後研究心臟相關疾病，進一步輔助診療的參考。

In this study, an XML based 12-lead ECG report system, which is based on DICOM defined structure report templates, is developed to help clinicians annotate the findings of abnormal ECG waveforms. This developed system can retrieve clinically-used 12-lead ECG files for cardiologists’ diagnoses, and thus integrate the physicians’ diagnoses and ECG waveforms into an XML file. This system is developed by recently developed web technique, HTML5, which can display text based diagnoses and graph based ECG waveform on a web without the limitation of O.S. Results indicated that this developed XML-ECG report system can enrich an ECG report with more clearly ECG annotation as compared to traditional ECG reports, which are only described by text based diagnostic messages. With this XML ECG report, the collected ECG waveforms will become .essential and effective for scientific research.
