摘要

大型醫院許多的病患往往行動不便，而逃生能力有限，所以當火災發生時很容易造成嚴重傷亡，數據統計顯示醫院大火時死者幾乎全是病患，這個問題是值得醒思的。醫院的空間組成相當繁雜，病患多無自主逃生能力，發生火災時，所面臨的危險遠比一般人高。如何有效疏散病患達最終避難安全區域，是值得針對該區域進一步探討。
本研究主要提出防火區劃與消防安全設備設置評估，及相關法令特性，並以火災模擬軟體FDS，針對危害的因子進行計算，取得量化數據，並且呈現時間歷程的演進，可以快速的掌握火場資訊，進一步對火場進行分析，消除危害。讓醫院受火災影響時，針對可能的災害，事先進行評估，審慎規劃，瞭解火災發生時的後果，能增加避難時程，以落實於符合醫院防災特性及逃生避難原則，增加避難弱勢者生命之保障。

Large hospitals commonly accumulate many patients and a great part of them are bad in motion and limited ability to escape, so it is likely to result in serious casualty when the fire broke out. Statistics shown that the deceased in the hospital fire were almost the patients, this fact issue is worth of people to think deeply. The space formation in hospital is quite complicated, patients without independent ability to escape from the fire, face more danger s than the average person. How to effectively evacuate the patients reached the final refuge in the safety area, is worthy of further exploration.
This study is proposed to set the assessment of the fire compartment and fire safety equipment, and characteristics of related laws, using FDS fire simulation software to calculate with hazard factor in order to obtain quantitative data, and presents the time historical evolution of fire that can quickly grasp information on fire scene for further analysis and elimination of hazards. The simulation result expects to let hospitals as affected by a fire, doing prior assessment, careful planning, aware of the consequences of the fire in order to increase the refuge time to implement in line with the hospital fire prevention characteristics and the principle of an evacuation, this will increase safeguard the patients who are week in self-refuge to flee from fire dangers
