摘要

台灣地區早期建造許多公寓式建築物，隨著時代變遷，這些建築物設計多半已不合時宜，一旦發生火災，往往造成重大人員傷亡及財物損失，因此建築物火災的研究實屬重要，以避免或減少類似災害之發生。
本研究是以三重市四樓公寓為研究對象，利用「CFAST」軟體來分析火場，以電腦模擬火場各場物理現象，它是一種屬於區域模式，適用於多重區間建築且能預測火災的環境，並針對上層溫度、氣層高度及CO氣體濃度的變化，探討相關參數對火災的影響，盡而利用這些資訊可以讓我們平時做好防火準備。

There are many fire accidents occurred in Taiwan，so the research in the building fire is really important.
This paper utilizes CFAST zone model to simulate the fire accident occurred in San-Chung. Computational method has been used to study the temperature distribution, gas layer height and concentration of CO in the fire site at the time of fire. And we can use the information to prevent the fire happen.
