摘要

本研究發現目前中國的開放式基金儘管規模仍比較小，但增長迅速，專家的理財能力已開始顯現出來，基金抗跌能力較強、種類也日趨豐富，不過基金投資風格趨同現象較為嚴重。基金業的繼續發展需要提高投資者對基金的認識，完善制度環境和加強基礎市場建設，鼓勵基金公司積極參與上市公司的治理改進。

較長一段時期以來，中國經濟持續快速發展，國民平均收入水準不斷提高，家庭金融資產及可支配收入快速增加。基金行業的迅速發展，有利於拓寬一般人民的投資管道，通過將存款委託給由專業投資人員組成的基金管理團隊管理，使不具備專業知識和技能的普通居民能夠享受到股票市場增長帶來的利益，同時避免承擔過大的風險。儘管目前基金已成為中國人民金融資產的第二大選擇，但相比起龐大的儲蓄而言，規模依然十分有限，因此中國基金產業仍有很大的發展潛力和空間。

This study has discovered that although the open ended fund scale of China is smaller, but increase rapidly. The expert's financing ability has already begun to display, the ability to combats drop is stronger, and the variety is abundant day by day. However, the investment convergence style of the fund is comparatively more serious. To continue the development of fund industry needs improving investor's understanding of fund, better the systematic environment and strengthening the construction of the basic market, encouraging the fund companies to actively participate in the administration of the listed companies to improve.

Since long period of time ago, the Chinese economy developed rapidly and continuously. People's per capita income level has been improved constantly, financial assets of family and disposable income has also been increased rapidly. The rapid growth of the fund trade is beneficial to widen the ordinary people's investment channel through entrusting the deposit to by the specialty investing the fund management group that personnel make up to manage, make the ordinary residents not possessing professional knowledge and skill could also enjoy the stock market and the interests brought avoiding undertaking the too big risk at the same time. Though the fund has already become the second leading choice of financial assets of Chinese resident at present, comparing get up huge deposit but speech, scale still very limited, so fund industry of China still have great potentiality and space to develop.
