摘要

BLOG 的發展極為快速，功能也不斷的在演進，其具有文章發表、雙向溝通、網路社群、訂閱機制、知識儲存、團隊學習及資訊整合等特性，使其應用領域越趨寬闊，而BLOG的特性在專案管理上的應用也漸受重視與應用；基於BLOG使用功能之方便性以及使用熟悉性，將之融合應用至專案管理方面，探討企業對BLOG導入專案管理之可行性研究。
本研究首先利用Basecamp線上專案管理BLOG，實際將現有的專案導入使用，並於過程中體會實地操作及應用產生的效益，從中發現客觀的事實現象，然後透過實際範例獲得的經驗與其他個案公司分享及討論，經由與其他個案公司訪談，瞭解現有專案管理的方式及對BLOG使用意向的探討，提供企業未來在BLOG導入專案管理上協同合作、資訊整合、專案經驗儲存、知識分享的使用評估參考依據。
經過研究分析後得知，BLOG的特性應用在專案管理的溝通上、管理上及知識分享上有其優點，例如e-mail溝通的整合、工作的分配、進度的管控與回報都有時序性有時效性，決策過程、知識的分享及問題的發生與解決都被記錄下來，對於後續相關的專案可以提供完整性的案例做為參考。
不管BLOG現行功能是否能夠滿足專案管理的所有需求，在個人或團體如果能善加利用BLOG的特性來輔助專案管理，BLOG它將會是一個適配的管理輔助工具。

The development of BLOG is rapid, and the function is improved, too. Its features of publishing, two-way circulation, community, registration mechanism, knowledge storage, group learning, and information integration make BLOG can be applied into more fields, and its’ application in project management has been emphasized. Due to BLOG’s user friendly and familiar interface, it is integrated and applied to project management area, and study the possibility in the enterprise.
This study applied the Basecamp on-line BLOG project management software of existing projects first, and experienced the benefit during the operation and application, then shared and discussed the experience with the other companies. Through the interview we realized the current project management method and the enterprise’s willing to apply BLOG, and evaluating reference in synchronized cooperate, information integration, project experience storage, knowledge sharing of project management in the future.
From the analysis and the research, we know that there are some advantage that the characteristics of BLOG can be applied to the project management communication, the management and the knowledge sharing. For example, the e-mail communication integration, the work assignment, the progress controls and response are with succession and effectiveness. The decision-making process, the knowledge sharing and the question occurrence and the solution are all recorded, may provide the complete reference to the following correlation project.
No matter whether the existing function of BLOG can meet all the requirement of the project management or not, BLOG will be the appropriate management auxiliary tool if individual or association can make the most use the characteristics of BLOG to assist in project management.
