本研究利用行車記錄器,將收集到的資料,建立一套行車資訊平台,以方便進行分析及管理。由於資料量眾多,採取方式是建立一套資料倉儲分析系統,將資料集中、清理與彙整,並做最適化調整之資訊貯藏。再研究這些行車資訊所隱含的訊息,找出在資訊裡面顯示的特徵值,並整理特徵資訊,提出一套可信賴的資訊辨識、應用,加以應用在管理系統上。 從行車記錄的量測資料,轉化為行車駕駛行為單位的資訊,進而再利用規則制定與建立的產生應用知識,由知識的角度就可以方便、清楚了解指標的意義,我們將這個過程定義為行車資訊知識轉化。 本研究在行車資訊辨識範疇方向,可以依照駕駛人員、車輛、道路來做區分。我們提出一套分析駕駛人員在行駛車輛時的舉動判斷規則模型,利用行車資訊記錄的基本記錄資料,再加以整合加入延伸指標,藉由門檻數值分析及資料探勘方式,切割為單一行為特徵,判斷這些行為動作的狀況值,可做出評估分析知識表,依此做為駕駛行為管理系統建立的基礎及參考依據,藉以協助改善交通安全,提升行車秩序。
In this research, the driving data records will collect the information and establish a set of driving information platform to facilitate the analysis and management. This research study in the driving information, which includes the drivers, vehicles, road information to do distinction. Our analysis provides a driver in a moving vehicle move model. It uses the driving information to be recorded using the basic recording information, together with extension indicators, to determine the status of these acts. So the driving management system basis and reference platform is established.
