中文摘要 本論文探討??取代???-不飽和γ-丁內醯胺 (N-Aryl α,β-unsaturatedγ-lactams) (Fig. 1)及??取代?-戊內醯胺(monocyclic N-Aryl-?-valero- lactams) (Fig. 2)等一系類化合物在電衝-質譜(EI-MS)中斷裂情況。除偵測它們的離子峰外,並探討γ-丁內醯胺之特徵碎片(fragments)如[M-29] +, [M-55] +, 與 [M+-82] + 及?-戊內醯胺之特徵碎片(fragments)如[M-29]+, [M-56] , [M-69] +, 和 [M-98] + 等在質譜 (EI-MS)中形成之機轉。並利用高分辨質譜(HRMS)測定各特徵碎片的化學組成以及其精確質量作為基石,進一步探討解釋各碎片行成之路徑。本研究結果除供構造確認以外,合理推論各碎片行成機構,可做為此等化合物定性鑑別的重要依據
英文摘要 ABSTRACT The mass spectra of a series of N-Arylα,β-unsaturated γ-lactams (Fig 1), and monocyclic N-Aryl-?-valerolactams (Fig 2) were studied, respectively. Besides their molecular ion peak, together with their characteristic fragments such as [M-29] +, [M-55] +, [M-82] + and [M-29]+, [M-56] , [M-69]+, and [M-98]+ were found in EI-MS spectra, respectively. Furthermore, based on the exacted mass and chemical compositions of each fragment determined by high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS), the forming mechanism for the interpretation of each fragment was rational proposed. This result is expected to be useful information for further identification of N-Aryl α,β-unsaturatedγ-lactams and monocyclic N-Aryl-?-valerolactams.
