本研究目的在於比較多媒體光碟衛教與紙本衛教,對於包皮套環切除術病童的母親在手術後照護知識、焦慮程度、提早回診以及衛教護理時數之成效。收案期間為96年8月1日至96年10月15日,以類實驗性研究設計( quasi-experimental design),採立意取樣,針對南台灣某醫學中心接受門診全身麻醉之包皮套環切術的病童母親,年齡為18歲以上,是病童的主要照顧者且可用國台語溝通的本國居民。35人為接受紙本衛教對照組及35人為接受光碟衛教實驗組共計70人,以結構式問卷於衛教措施介入前後比較其實施成效。研究資料統計以spss10.0統計套裝軟體進行單一t檢定、獨立t檢定、變異數分析、卡方檢定及配對t檢定。 研究結果發現,病童母親不論接受紙本衛教或光碟衛教,傷口照護知識均有顯著性增加,但是兩組衛教之傷口照護知識增加並無顯著性差異;兩組焦慮狀況均能有顯著性降低,但兩組對於焦慮並無顯著性的差異;護理衛教時數有顯著性差異,光碟衛教比紙本衛教方式節省每位個案護理衛教時間6.0( ±8.7)分;兩組並無顯著性的對提早回診情況有差異。本研究結果發現紙本及光碟衞教均可增加病童母親之術後傷口照護知識增加和降低焦慮,但無顯著性影響提早回診,然而光碟衛教組所需的衛教時數顯著地少於紙本衛教組。本研究結果可提供同級教學醫院推廣門診手術病患及家屬之衛教方式的參考,有效利用資訊工具來替代並簡化直接護理衛教的流程,對於現今臨床護理人力嚴重缺乏之下,採用光碟衛教方式可以有效地減少護理衛教時數。
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of two kinds of health education for circumcision on mother’s knowledge , anxiety ,days for follow-up,and nurse teaching time.Using quasi-experimental design, experimental group with health education disc and control group with health education sheets were applied in the pre and post tests. From August 1, 1996 to October 15,1996, a total of sevevty mothers with children under circumcision were recruited, thirty-five participants each in experimental and control group. The results of this study demonstrated that there were not significantly different between health education sheets and health education disc on mother’s knowledge, anxiety and days for follow-up .However,compared with health education sheets, health education disc significantly reduced nurse teaching time.The results indicated the other medical centers could applied the health education disc to improve nursing manpower when repeated teaching health education were needed for ambulatory surgery patients.The application of health education disc can benefit nursing manpower.
