穴位按壓介入措施對孕期噁心嘔吐之成效：統合分析

許多研究顯示，穴位按壓介入措施對孕期噁心嘔吐之改善有不錯的成效，但國內在臨床運用與了解仍然較少。本研究目的乃根據現有穴位按壓介入措施對孕期噁心嘔吐之成效研究結果做統合分析，探究研究差異與研究成效，以建立研究主題更一致性且更有力的成效結論。本研究應用電腦資料庫與人工查詢兩種方法，搜集穴位按壓介入措施對孕期噁心嘔吐之成效研究文獻，並運用編碼表(coding sheet)進行研究樣本之登錄，之後採用R電腦軟體進行資料之分析統計。本研究統合分析16篇研究文獻，研究結果顯示穴位按壓在孕期噁心嘔吐治療上，具有顯著的成效，而對y變項介入成效有顯著影響之x變項有：（一）研究介入期間與平均年齡；（二）懷孕平均週數與平均年齡。此外，噁心嘔吐整體的介入成效則是呈現異質性。在未來的研究中，仍需更多相同主題之研究成果發表，並於數量累積後再度進行分析，研究設計則可針對評估量表的標準化、標準化介入措施與明確的指出穴位按壓對噁心、嘔吐之改善程度與應用，如此將有助穴位按壓之標準施行流程與臨床指引之建立。

Many studies have shown that acupressure interventions for nausea and vomiting during pregnancy to improve the good results, but the clinical use and understanding is still minority in Taiwan. The purpose of this study the effectiveness of existing interventions of acupressure on nausea and vomiting during pregnancy results do meta-analysis to explore the differences and effectiveness in order to establish the effectiveness of the research topic more consistency and more powerful conclusions. In this study, computer databases and artificial queries are two ways to collect acupressure intervention research literature on the effectiveness of the nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, and the use of code tables (coding sheet) to the sample registry, and then using the R computer software for data analysis statistics. In this study, meta-analysis of 16 research literature, results show acupressure on pregnancy nausea and vomiting treatment, has been achieved in, while the y variable items intervention effectiveness have a significant influence of x change items show: (a) the study intervention period and the average age; (b) the average number of weeks and average age of pregnancy. In addition, nausea and vomiting, the overall effectiveness of the intervention is to present the heterogeneity. In future research, we still need more research of the same subject, and in the number of cumulative re-analyze the study design can be for the standardization of the assessment scale, standardized intervention and clear that acupressure on nausea, vomiting the degree of improvement, and that will help the the acupressure standard implementation of processes and the establishment of clinical guidelines.
