幼兒期父母管教問卷之因素結構

摘要


注意力缺陷過動症是兒童期最常出現的臨床診斷之一,為注意力不良、衝動、失抑制、調節活動缺陷的慢性發展疾患。早期兒童的行為特徵會促使父母有失功能的管教、家庭壓力;而父母為影響孩子的第一個模範,對孩子的管教,華人父母要求自律與維持人際和諧。而自律與維持人際和諧的概念又與注意力缺陷過動症的行為特徵相衝突。本研究希望探索編制完成的父母管教問卷的因素結構、問卷信度、效度。隨機抽取高雄市1.5歲至3歲幼兒的母親共195名,還有由新生兒科轉介ADHD高危險群的62名早產幼兒,排除發展遲緩與先天性生理缺陷(如:視、聽、肢障等),共257名嬰幼兒母親填寫父母管教問卷-幼兒版,並以探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析探索因素(RMSEA=.06,CFI=.83,NNFI=.81)內涵,以內部一致性進行信度檢驗(Cronbach’s α=.82~.87)。並以幼兒干擾行為評量表、家庭情境問卷-幼兒版、兒童行為問卷-極短版-ADHD進行相關,檢驗建構效度(γ=.00~.61)。有良好的信、效度,且問卷內涵亦合乎幼兒期社會化內在抑制與控制的系統模式圖。並進行父母基模的模式比對,則以模式二(RMSEA=.04,CFI=.90,NNFI=.89,ECVI=.4.78),以管教信念佔多數的因素預測管教行為佔多數的因素1與因素3,具有最佳適配度。

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common clinically diagnosed childhood disorders. It is a chronic developmental disorder with inattention, lack of impulsive control, and activity regulation deficit. Young children’s behavior characteristics can induce dysfunctional parenting, family stress; however, parents are children’s first model. Regarding parenting style, Asian parents emphasis “self-discipline” and “interpersonal harmony”. However, the concept of “self-discipline” and “interpersonal harmony” contrasts with the behavior characteristics of ADHD children. This research intended to explore the factor structure, reliability and validity of Parenting Questionnaire -Toddler-Parent form. A total of 257 mothers of toddlers, including 195 1.5 to 3 years old randomly sampled from the community in Kaohsiung city, and another 62 premature toddlers who were at higher risk of ADHD from the Division of Neonatology, exclusion criteria included congenital biological deficits (such as sight, hearing or physical deficits), filled out the Parenting Questionnaire- Toddler-Parent form. Exploratory factor analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis(RMSEA=.06,CFI=.83,NNFI=.81)to investigate factor content for testing validity, internal consistency to test reliability (Cronbach’s α=.82~.87).And mother filled out the Disruptive Behavior Rating Scale-Toddler-Parent Form, Home Situation Questionnire-Toddler for testing construct validity (γ=.00~.61). The result of questionnarie has good reliability and validity. And the factor contents are harmony with model about the socialization process of internal inhibiton and control. Comparison of parent schema models, the model two, factor 2 is predictor, has best fitness(RMSEA=.04,CFI=.90,NNFI=.89,ECVI=.4.78).
