肢體障礙者社會支持與生活品質相關因素之探討

肢體障礙者因先天或後天的生理損傷，導致自主生活行動能力受到障礙，進而影響其生活品質。社會支持在此扮演著一個重要的角色，然而，國內尚無針對此部分的相關研究。本研究旨在探討高雄縣市肢體障礙者在社會支持與生活品質上的關聯性。本研究設計採橫斷性研究，以結構式問卷於高雄縣市肢體障礙相關的團體中收集資料，有效問卷共312份。研究工具包括：社會支持量表、生活品質量表及基本資料表。社會支持分為情緒性支持、價值觀支持、訊息性支持及實質性支持四個向度；生活品質則分為獨立性、社會接納及個人與環境互動等三個向度。研究結果發現：(1)肢體障礙者的情緒性與價值觀支持會影響生活品質。(2)肢體障礙者的社會支持與生活品質間具有相關性，表示社會支持的程度越高，其生活品質則越佳。(3)肢體障礙者的年齡、教育程度、月平均收入、婚姻狀況、障礙等級及社會支持的次變項能解是其生活品質，而”變異”解釋量為24.2%。根據本研究的結果，針對政府、醫院、肢體障礙服務單位、實務工作者與未來研究提出參考之方針，期待有助於提昇肢體障礙者之生活品質。

Owing to the congenital or acquired physical of disabilities, the ability to act independently of life was blocked and then will affect the quality of life. Social support plays an important role in this situation. However, there are no related studies for this part. The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between the Social support and quality of life in physical of disabilities. This research is a cross-sectional and quantitative research. In this study, a structural questionnaire was used to collect data in Kaohsiung city and county, and there were 304 valid samples in this research. The tool of this investigation included scale for social support, scale for quality of life and demography. Data proceeded to analysis by descriptive statistic, Student’s t-test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, One-way ANOVA as well as regression. The main research reveals: (1) The emotional and appraisal support of physical of disabilities will affect their quality of life. (2)There are correlation between social support and quality of life of physical of disabilities. (3) The age、 educational degree、average monthly income、marriage status、degree of impairment and the vice of social support’s variables can explain the quality of life, and explained variance is 24.2%。 According to the conclusion of this study, I expect that it will provide the government、hospital、the organization to serve physical of disabilities 、social workers and future research a guiding principles ,may be expected to help promoting the life quality of disabilities.
