高雄市大學生機車意外事故流行病學調查

摘要


研究目的:本研究的主要目的是為了探討高雄市大學生騎機車發生意外事故及機車事故傷害的的相關因子。 研究方法:本研究採用cross-sectional問卷調查,針對高雄市四所大學的大學生做個人基本資料、機車的種類及車況、個人騎機車的習慣、個人機車意外事故四大部分做資料的蒐集並依據個人機車意外事故史,將回收的個案分為事故組和非事故組。描述性統計,例如個人騎車習慣和機車意外事故史就用次數分配表、平均值、標準差來呈現。而危險因子與機車意外事故和機車事故傷害間的關係則由對數迴歸分析來探討。 研究結果:1.日常機車時速和機車意外事故的發生,有著很顯著的相關性。2.許多不安全的行為如:闖紅燈、邊騎車邊講手機、邊騎車邊吃東西或抽煙,都和機車意外事故的發生有顯著的相關性。3、邊騎車邊講手機的行為和機車意外事故的發生有dose-response的效應,發生機車意外事故的危險性會隨著邊騎車邊講手機頻率的增加而增加。4.機車意外事故發生時後座有沒有載人和駕駛人本身受傷有顯著的相關性。 結論與建議:騎機車時手機的使用是一個相當重要的相關因子,雖然政府也已頒布法令,禁止在行車期間使用行動電話,但是很明顯地法令的成效並不理想。應加強機車駕駛人騎車使用手機的取締,以減少機車意外事故的發生。

Objectives:This main purpose of the study is to investigate the related among college students in Kaohsiung city risk factors of motorcycle accidents and injuries. Methods:A cross-sectional questionnaired survey method was used for collecting college students’ motorcycle accidents’ histories, riding habits, motorcycle type etc. About 762 college students were randomly sampled from four universities in Kaohsiung city, accidents and injuries were divided into the accident group and the non-accident group. Descriptive statistic, such us frequency distribution table, mean, standard deviation was used for demographic characteristics and personal motorcycle driving habits and histories;multiple logistic regression analysis was used to identify the risk factors associated with motorcycle accidents and injuries . Results:1. The occurrence of motorcycle accidents were significantly correlated with the daily motorcycle speed. 2. A number of unsafe driving behaviors, such as rush to the red candle, using mobile phone while riding motorcycle, eating or smoking while riding motorcycle were significantly related to the occurrence of motorcycle accidents. 3. Using mobile phone while riding motorcycle had dose-response effect with the occurrence of motorcycle accidents. 4. Whether the motorcycle driver injured or not was significantly related to passenger behind motorcycle driver or not. Conclusion and Suggestions:Using mobile phone while riding motorcycle is a very important risk factor. Although the administration had been enacted the law to provide against using mobile phone while riding motorcycle, but very conspicuous the effects isn’t desirable. The administration ought to enforce a ban that using mobile phone while riding motorcycle, because of reducing the occurrence of motorcycle accidents.
