桃園縣復興鄉基國派老教堂文化館的意指與再現
The Study on Signifying Practices and Cultural Representations－The Case of Tuba local Museum in Fusing,Taoyuan County.
摘要
筆者針對基國派文化館營造之研究，探討博物館文化營造過程中的意指與再現歷程。選擇桃園縣復興鄉基國文化館為研究個案，從理論的角度分析文化館操作方式在地方塑造文化的過程中影響及發生的背後邏輯，進而陳述文化館自開館以來對部落的傳統文化帶來的重塑與變遷。筆者認為文化館機制將社區重構成為巨大的表意系統：居民透過文化館的機制，在論述、身體及景觀都讓自己(社區)「越來越泰雅」為前提，再現的過程亦為重尋文化身份的過程；文化館營造透過公共平台的構築，與公共事務的合作及旅遊者（他者）的參與讓社區開始具有「公共性」的特質，意識型態亦由均質的國家主義轉向為持續在地化(Localization )的社群主義，透過社區意識的營造，社區則暫時成為有利於地方敘事的論述語境 ；文化館活動即為尋回意義與認同的再現歷程 ，亦為筆者認為文化館存在最主要的價值之一。因此筆者主張文化館的「參與」價值應超越「參觀」價值，其終極問題即為「認同」的處理問題，以再現為重塑認同的工具、營造平等的文化公民權（cultural citizenship）之環境，亦使文化館成為意義凝聚及輻散的地方，意識及運動促發、培力的所在。

The author’s research focuses on the empowerment of Tuba local museum, discussing its signifying practices and representations involved in the process of the museum cultural development.Based upon the research of Tuba local museum in Fusing, Taoyuan County, it is analyzed that the impact of the museum operation mode on local cultural development and its logical context. Furthermore, it is discussed that along the museum opened, its It is believed that the local museum system (scheme) enable the community becomes an immense signification system. Through the local museum system, the inhabitants act on the premise that making itself 「more Atayal -liked」regarding of theory, body and landscape. The process of representation is proved to The Tuba local museum empowerment distinguishes its public characteristic by being the platform among public matters and traveler’s (others) participation. Ideology has been transformed to continuous Localization and difference local consciousness of community from identify nationalism. Through the empowerment of “community consciousness”, the community temporarily becomes the advantage for local narrative theory circumstance.The local museum activity defines the significance of the representation process retrieving the value and identity, standing for the core value of local museum emphasized in the thesis.Therefore, it is stressed that museum’s value in “participation” transcends “visit”. Its ultimate issue deals with its“identity”. “Representation” becomes a tool to rebuild self identity and equalize the cultural civil rights (cultural citizenship). Meanwhile, the local museum coheres and spreads its core value which cultivates and motivates the idea of “community consciousness”.
