表演藝術團隊專業知能輔導之研究-以嘉義縣表演藝術輔導團隊為例

Research on Professional Competency Counseling to Performing Arts Groups – A Case Study in Chiayi County

摘要

從1998年文建會公告「各縣市傑出演藝團隊徵選及獎勵基準」後，縣市政府即針對入選之演藝團隊訂定不同的扶植辦法，其中包含了金錢獎勵和其他的輔導措施。本文以嘉義縣演藝團隊的輔導團隊為例，檢視其專業知能的諮詢，深入探討整體輔導的策略與做法，並對照演藝團隊的改變，了解其對輔導模式的認知與落差，並以「學習型組織」的相關理論為基礎，對於輔導計畫所可能產生的效益與發展進行研究，期能歸納出有效的輔導機制，以提供日後相關單位執行時之參考。
研究者在2012年起擔任嘉義縣表演藝術輔導團隊輔導專案助理，全程參與輔導團隊執行之工作，在過程中實地與表演藝術團體建立多面向的關係，故本研究依據相關文獻探討作為瞭解團隊專業知能與輔導的關聯，並以訪談法進行資料蒐集，訪談對象包括嘉義縣表演藝術團隊、嘉義縣文化觀光局執行專員、輔導計畫委員及專家學者。
研究結果顯示：(一) 嘉義縣表演藝術輔導團隊之組織具備學習型組織之架構；(二) 嘉義縣表演藝術輔導團隊策略對於組織成員擁有正向之成效；(三) 嘉義縣表演藝術輔導團隊之組織能透過學習產生轉化。

The Council of Cultural Affairs (now is Ministry of Culture, MOC) has proposed “Outstanding Performance Troupe Award Plan” in 1998. The county and city governments set different support policies, including financial award and other counseling measure for performance troupe. The study in Chiayi County is viewed in consulting of professional knowledge. The target is to understand performance troupe which were changed by counseling of the strategy and practice .In this study, “The Learning Organization” theory is the key concept to analyze the Counseling plan that might arise the benefit and development for those performance troupes. It is hoped that such results can be used for reference by related organizations.
Researchers as a project assistant in Chiayi County, who participated in the counseling team established multi-faceted relationship with those performance troupes. In this study, in order to bridge the link between counseling and professional knowledge, the research methods include relevant literature review, documents analysis, interview data collection in which contained performance troupes of Chiayi county, project executive of culture and tourism bureau of Chiayi County and experts of counseling project.
The major findings of this study are listed as follows：（1）The organization of Performing Arts counseling group in Chiayi County has the structure of the learning organization.（2）The strategy of the Performing Arts counseling group in Chiayi County have a positive effects for organization's members.（3）The organization of Performing Arts counseling group in Chiayi County can produce transformative learning through learning.
