當代藝術是一種欲求走入民眾、貼近社會的藝術型態,幾次參關展覽的經驗,發現許多藝術創作,過度著重在論述上的縝密,作品呈現卻無法承載論述的內容;又或者作品所想表達的觀念,含括了許多哲學理念,需要了解藝術脈絡的發展才可理解,即使作品的目的是探討當代議題,卻反而使活在這當代的民眾越來越難以理解。 若要明白此種氛圍是如何成形的,應當從六零、七零年代的觀念藝術、藝術進入學院體制後所產生的變化,以及當代藝術體制下對藝術作品的影響觀察起。藝術家從此檢視自我內心疑惑的源頭,藉由釐清創作論述之於我的關係,嘗試尋求一種可以對抗此體制的反動能量、一個可以從此氛圍中逃脫而出的喘息機會。 本論文主要以探討文獻的方式來進行研究,從觀念藝術著手,往下延伸至台灣當代藝術、新媒體藝術的脈絡與環境,並分析比較自身的反動思想與其他想逃脫體制約束的藝術家之思想,以及當時環境與現實環境之異同。最後以創作方式表達,呈現出面對當代體制下內心產生的疑惑與反動,期盼可從作品中尋找到突破現況的創作能量。 三件作品分別表達了三個面對疑惑的不同狀態,希望透過戲謔的創作手法在生活中製造不同的開關,開啟觀者面對自己、面對他人、面對世界的連結,藉由連結產生的影響力,將言語的能力回歸給作品本身,為創作找到一個新的出口與方向。
The purpose of contemporary art is trying to approach society. After I went to many exhibitions, I found that many works focus on the intellectually essayistic content rather than the form. To understranding the intellectually essayistic content, people may need to know the development of art. As this reason, people will be hard to understand those works even if they are exploring contemporaries. To understand how this atmosphere to be formed, I observate the conceptual art, the system of art education and the influence of conceptual art on contemporary art. I try to find a power to against this system by seeking the relationship between work's concept and me. I try to find the power by reviewing the literature on the development of contemporary art, contemporary art in Taiwan and new media art, and comparing the difference between other artists and me. Using humor to create my work. Creating differnt connection between other people, the world and me. Finding a new way to my works by the connection. Bring the ability about explanation to works themselves.
