By using the related rights talked about in this thesis will not only allowed people to make the most economical decisions,but also to enjoy the profits that they would reap. But, as technology continues to develop, along with the exponential growth of the business in public broadcasting; and as the many applicable areas of the thesis continue to expand, the author cannot foresee the unpredictable turns the use of the ideas this thesis proposes may take.Therefore, it is necessary to give a copyright company the rights to apply the concepts of this thesis in its business operations due to the quick pace of present day's information highway. By using the current situation involving the issues of popular music copyright transaction brokerage institution in Taiwan as a framework, this thesis collects and organizes the features of copyright transaction brokerage institution of classical and foreign music, and analyzes their effectiveness and inefficiencies. Furthermore, it will discuss whether it is meaningful and necessary to have classical music copyright agencies in Taiwan in order to move towards a more complete and practical system,so that present companies and organizations can take the ideas into their future goals and considerations.
