家屋－自我的一面鏡子

我在創作裡找尋「自我」，透過身體的內部與外部空間找尋家的過程，思考自我的位置。內文從自我身體傷痛經驗裡，描述主體、身體、空間之間的關係，繼而從回憶過往傷痛經驗中開啟一道門，進入身體的私密空間即心理的庇護所裡，意識到主體的缺席。透過回溯「母親的婚禮」到「墓室壁畫」，由家的組成到心靈的歸所，假想過去及未來的家，闡述家與女人之間的關係。繼而談及「女人的家屋」中回到現實生活的家屋，透過拍攝家屋的空間，描述傳統女人持家、維護家，家支配女性身體的活動及自我，女性藉由家中內容物的建構反映其自身，家屋投射女人的身體，藉由它我們觀照其自身。在家的追尋過程裡，我透過民間文化闡述生命與家的循環，及傳承的價值，更深的感受到家的意義。內文是我對家的一種追憶，藉由家的追尋過程裡觀照自我。

I look for“self”in my art creation. Through my searching for home from within to outside world, I try to figure out where I am standing. Based on my bodily wound experiences, I intend to use this thesis first describe the relationships between the subject, the body and among spaces, and then pace through the tunnel of painful memories, enter into the most private space inside the body, aka, the spiritual refugee, and I sense the absence of the subject. Looking back on my works from “My Mother’s Wedding Ceremony”to“Frescos in the Tombs”, this series talks about how a family is formed and becomes a place where all hearts belong to and about the relationship between women and family. In the part of“Home of The Women”, I will talk about the home in reality, how traditional women hold their families, how the family controls a woman physically and mentally, and how the furniture and decorations reflect the women of the family. The family house is the projection of the women body, and we contemplate ourselves as we looking at the house. In the process of searching for home, and as I convey the cycle of life and the value of home with folk culture, I came to realize the significance of home. This thesis is my memory of home, and the new insight I got towards myself.
