電影劇本《麻花源記》創作論述

《麻花源記》是一部電影長片劇本，故事描述一名為了賺得一塊身後地，在城市大樓天台種大麻賣大麻的老頭黑筍，碰到一名年輕人小仕想要加入黑筍的麻花源。結果卻在將麻花源的生意越做越大的同時，黑筍漸漸發現整個事情已經脫離自的掌控。本論述針對主題、類型以及創作過程進行分析陳述。在主題分析方面，本文主要選擇《斷了氣》(Breathless, 1960)與《消逝點》(Vanishing Point, 1971)，就其中人類自由意識的選擇與和社會約定俗成框架的對抗，進行分析討論。在影片類型上，本文選用同樣為具有社會議題的喜劇電影《醉後末日》(The World's End, 2013)與《美味毒婦》(Paulette, 2012)，作為與《麻花源記》的對照比較。本文並就《麻花源記》劇本中的風格與美學，以及劇本結構與人物，進行完整的分析。最後，本文並對《麻花源記》劇本創作的過程與成果作檢討。

The Marijuana Colony is a screenplay for a feature film. It is a story about an old man called Hei-Sun. In order to earn the money for his own grave, Hei-Sun grows the marijuana at the rooftop of a tall building in the city and sells them. One day, a young man called Shih discovers Hei-Sun's businesses and ask to join it. As the marijuana businesses grows, Hei-Sun starts to find out the whole situation out of his control. In this essay, an analysis of the theme, genre and creative process of this script is carried out. In terms of theme, two films, Breathless (1960) and Vanishing point (1971) serve as important reference. The commonalities of the films, the presentation of characters' emotional states, free wills, and fighting against the system are discussed. When analyzing the genre, The World's End (2013) and Paulette (2012), two comedies similar to The Marijuana Colony are cited for comparison. Every aspect of the creative process of The Marijuana Colony, including the building of the structure for the script and modifying the characters are thoroughly analyzed. In the last section, a review of this screenplay is done and suggestions for future improvement are proposed.
