“Come and Go” - Swinging in my Performance Journey

摘要


《『來與往』-迴盪於表演歷程的省思》是針對演出『來與往』李維倫&張桂菱聯合展演後,撰寫而成的表演論述報告書。主體內容以展演排練過程的成長與轉變作為紀錄,並將獲得的經驗與回饋作為檢視自我表演歷程的依據。 本表演論述主體架構為:第壹章『身體的過往』,簡述個人在不同階段的習舞歷程,剖析自我身體樣貌與表演經歷的累積;第貳章『來與往的製作概述』,簡略說明製作主題的意念發想,從動作特質、我的呈現與舞台設計三面向,進行展演作品的描述;第參章『自我設定的標靶』,從書中引述表演技巧,對應自我的表演方式,分別以呼吸方法、想像力、內在動機等面向,觀看自我表演能力的啟發。第肆章『身體間的來往對話』,經由和編舞者、舞伴、觀者的對話,檢視自我表演歷程的成長與轉變;第伍章『身體的未來』,透過他者的回饋和自我覺察與反思,作為本文之末。

“Come and Go”- Swinging in my Performance Journey, is a written report based on the graduation production ”Come and Go” produced by Wei-Lun Lee & myself. This written report is mainly to review the process and progress from the rehearsal to the final performance in order to further analyze and improve my own performing experiences and abilities. There are five chapters in this report. Chapter One describes my dance-learning process in different stages; and analyzes the strong and weak points of my physical condition. Chapter Two gives a brief introduction about the production “Come and Go”, especially illustrating it through three aspects which are characteristics of movements, my personal presentation and stage design. Chapter three explores performing skills specifically by taking “The Actor and the Target” as a reference book. Some skills such as the use of breathing, imagination and motivation are discussed. Chapter Four inspects the progress and change of self-performing process through interaction with choreographers, other dancers, teachers and the audience. Chapter Five is the conclusion of this report, so some expectations are submitted for me and for those who will pursue a performing career in the future.
