數位與抽象的不期而遇－翁峻祥創作之研究

本文將以電腦科技的獨特性及數位應用的時代性做為創作的開端，將我所關心的生活感受和歷程作為創作的內容與方向，並結合抽象表現的精神，將其實踐於作品之中。個人身處在在東方式的社會背景架構，卻有西方式創新的思維的引領，這種兼容東西方歷史文化差異的血液，使得我特別關注單一事物（件）的多元角度，養成喜歡觀察也喜歡提出問題的特性，然而這個「由外向內沉澱，再由內向外延伸」的特性也深深影響我在藝術創作的上的思維。我的題材主要取自對生活的體驗、生命的感受、社會百態的觀察、以及自身心靈層面的種種對話過程。同時，不容忽視的，生長在這科技資訊發達的世代，我們的生活已和科技緊緊相繫，因此我想加入數位的元素，這也是表現此刻所處世代的獨特性的最佳代表之一，透過電腦科技的獨特及數位應用的時代性做為創作的開端，將我關心生活周遭的種種感受和歷程作為創作的內容與方向，並將其實踐於作品之中。

Starting with the uniqueness of computer technology and the time of digital applications, I tried to use life experiences I care about as the content and direction of creation, combine with the spirit of abstract expression, and then create my works. Growing up in an oriental society, but being led by the innovative thinking of the West, my blood is the mixture of the historical difference of the East and West, and thus what I care most is the multi-angle of a single thing. I was cultivated to be a person in possession of the characteristic to observe a variety of phenomena and raise questions. The characteristic of “interior sedimentation from exterior, and then exterior extension from the interior” deeply influence my way of thinking on art creation. I selected materials mainly from life experiences, feelings of life, observation from all aspects of a society, and dialogues with my inner world. At the same time, it can not be neglected that living in the era which technology is highly developed, our daily life is tightly bound with technology. That is why I like to add digital elements into my works, since it is one of the best representatives to show the uniqueness of the era we live. Starting with the uniqueness of computer technology and the time of digital applications, I use life experiences I care about as content and direction of creation to build up my works.
