本研究旨在探討高雄市國中藝術與人文學習領域中的表演藝術教師參與專業學習社群之現況,並針對國中表演藝術教師參與專業學習社群對專業成長之影響逐步分析。 本研究先進行問卷調查法,熟知高雄市表演藝術教師參與專業學習社群發展現況後,針對樣本進行教師個人與學校背景變項分析其專業成長成效。將調查所得資料分別以描述敘述統計、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方式進行研究結果的分析與討論。再針對成效較高的社群成員進行半結構式訪談,最後加以整理並提出具體方法與建議,俾供教育相關單位、學校及國中表演藝術教師在參與專業學習社群或擔任社群領導人之參考。 研究結論如下: 一、 高雄市國中表演藝術教師參與專業學習社群現況良好。 二、 表演藝術教師參與專業學習社群對專業成長的表現呈現「中高程度」。 三、 在「專業精神與態度」及「人際關係與溝通」的向度裡,女性的專業成長遠大於男性,且呈現「中高」程度的成效。 四、 國中表演藝術教師因表演藝術教學年資不同、第一專長科別不同學校區域的不同、是否為主動參與、是否會因為表演專業不足而參與專業學習社群等,在專業成長表現都達顯著的差異。 五、 教師參與不同專業學習社群其專業成長表現有顯著差異。 六、 高雄市國中表演藝術教師認為「擔任導師與行政」、「教學時太多」及「社群內容不吸引」為前往參與專業學習社群之最大阻力。 七、 參與專業學習社群的頻率以「二星期一次」為佳。 八、 願意擔任專業學習社群領導人之意願較低。 依文獻內容的分析證明,與本研究的研究結果,均認為參與專業學習社群與專業成長是正相關,且有助於教師專業能力的提升效果,並打破教師間孤立的現象,為教育品質帶來更多元的未來性。
Aiming at performing art teachers and professional learning communities in Art and Humanities in junior high schools in Kaohsiung City, this study tends to stepwise analyze and discuss the effects on professional development. With questionnaire survey, the development of performing art teachers and professional learning communities in Kaohsiung City was understood. Furthermore, aiming at the samples, Factor Analyses of individual teachers and schools were preceded for the effectiveness of professional development. The data were further analyzed and discussed with Descriptive Statistics, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Independent Sample t test, and One-Way ANOVA. The community members with higher effectiveness were also preceded semi-structural interviews. Finally, specific methods and suggestions were proposed for educational institutes, schools, and junior high school teachers of performing art when participating in professional learning communities or taking charge of the community leaders. The research outcomes are concluded as below. 1. The present situation of the junior high school teachers of performing art and the learning communities in Kaohsiung City is satisfactory. 2. Both the performing art teachers and the learning communities present High Intermediate on professional development. 3. In terms of Professional spirit and attitude and Interpersonal relationship and communication, females show higher professional development than males do, and the effectiveness appears High Intermediate. 4. The factors of working experience, major, location of school, active participation, and joining in professional learning communities due to insufficient performing professions appear significant differences on professional development in junior high school teachers of performing art. 5. Teachers participating in different professional learning communities present remarkable differences on professional development. 6. Junior high school teachers of performing art in Kaohsiung City consider taking charge of tutor and administration, too many teaching hours, and unattractive contents of communities being the greatest obstacles to participating in professional learning communities. 7. Once every two week is regarded as the best period to participate in professional learning communities. 8. The intention to take charge of the leader of a professional learning community is rather low. Based on the analyses in the literature and the research findings in this study, participating in professional learning communities is considered to show positive correlations with professional development, to assist in promoting the professional capabilities of the teachers, to break the isolation among teachers, and to bring in more multiple futurity for educational quality.
