摘要

本論文的研究對象為創立「機器神」（Ex Machina）舉世聞名的戲劇大師羅伯•勒帕吉（Robert Lepage），他的創作表現手法不拘一格，包括皮影、偶戲、歌劇、特技、舞蹈、脫口秀、即時轉播等多元形式，除了新穎的形式外，勒帕吉獨特的敘事方式、場面調度、舞台結構總是令人留下深刻的印象，最重要是他具備高度的想像力與原創性，並且不重覆自己的風格，使得他的敘事手法總是如此別出心裁。

對於這樣一位充滿創意的藝術家，他的導演創作觀念與手法，是最令人感到好奇，本論文將探討勒帕吉獨特的故事轉換與連結，及檢視影響他的表演技法與集體即興創作技巧，並圍繞在勒帕吉最常使用的RSVP環，探討其觀念、應用與比較，除此之外也將分析「機器神」高科技的技術與複雜的工作模式，並論述互為媒介性的場面調度與超媒體的應用，探究High-Tect與Low-Tect交疊並陳說故事的技巧，以及觀察勒帕吉獨特的匹配媒體語法，並引用《安徒生計畫》為例分析其文本與場面設計，及多視點轉換與媒體符號跟身體的關係，進一步深究混合新科技與網路技術在劇場應用，解析複雜的舞台結構與機械裝置，並在結論中檢視勒帕吉的總體劇場工程，對當代劇場造成的影響與改變。

The object of this dissertation is famous director Robert Lepage who founded Ex Machina, his creative expression means eclectic, including shadow puppets, opera, special effects, dance, talk shows, live shows and multiple forms, in addition to the new form ,his unique narrative, mise en Scène, stage structure are always very impressed, the most important thing is that he has a high degree of imagination and originality, and do not repeat their own style, making his narrative always so ingenious.

For such a creative artist, his directorial creative concepts and techniques, is the most curious to me. this dissertation will explore his unique story conversion and links, check his performance method and skills of collective improvisation, and the RSVP cycle which is most commonly used by Lepage. This dissertation will explore RSVP cycle’s concepts, application and comparison, it will also analyze Ex Machina high-tech technology and complicated mode of work, discusses mise en Scène of intermedaility and the applications of hypermedia, and explore the High-Tech and Low-Tech overlapping storytelling skills, as well as observating Lepage’s unique mapping media language.

This dissertation will use The Andersen project as an example to analyze the text and the scene design, multi-point transform and media symbol relations with the body, and further explore mixing new technology and network technology application in the theater, analyze the stage of complex structure and mechanical devices. In my conclusion, I will review Lepage as the practitioner of total theater, and discuss his impacts on contemporary theater.
