國際志工服務團隊發展歷程之研究-以北藝大「柬單夢想」藝術教育營為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討國際志工服務團隊發展歷程,瞭解臺北藝術大學「柬單夢想」藝術教育營中的團隊運作歷程、實施情形、困境與相關影響要素。研究採質性為主、量化為輔的方式進行,透過文獻作為基底,瞭解國際志工及服務學習的內涵,而後進一步探討Tuckman團隊發展五階段論的模式、原則及生命週期。其次,採用參與觀察法,並撰寫觀察日誌,記錄營隊發展中之歷程變化與服務實踐歷程。此外,於服務課程教學結束後以問卷調查,瞭解參與的志工夥伴對團隊發展歷程上的建議與實施成效,亦針對參與活動的當地學生以問卷調查,瞭解本次活動對學生帶來的學習成效與相關建議。另外於營隊結束後,透過焦點團體座談邀請參與過計畫的夥伴與重要組長針對志工團隊發展、課程發展與實踐、參與成員自身的服務歷程轉變進行討論、回饋與反思。最後依據本研究結論,對營隊與後續研究者提出建議,以作為往後應用之參考。

The study aims to discuss the developing process of international volunteer group, with reference to the developing progress, implementation, adversities, and other relevant factors to “TNUA-Cambodia Education Arts Camp.” First of all, the study adopted mainly relies on qualitative , supplemented by quantitative, research methods. By using the literature as the research base, this research hopes to understand the context of international volunteer and service learning. Furthermore, this research wishes to further explore the Tuckman's stages of group development patterns, principles and life cycle. Secondly, the study adopted direct observation by keeping an observation log, recording the group developing process and services practice course. Moreover, a survey was distributed among the volunteers after the service teaching in order to understand the opinions and implement action effectiveness held by the international volunteer towards the group developing process. In addition, the same survey was also given targeted to the local students to gain an understanding of their opinions and learning outcomes . Additionally, at the end of the camp, participates, including the partners and team leaders, were individually to discuss, reflect on the experiences, and provide the feedback of the curriculum development and practice, and self -service course change. Finally, the study proposes recommendation to the team and follow-up researchers as reference for future application based on the study conclusion.
