短期高強度間歇訓練對橄欖球選手有氧能力、爆發力、速度及敏捷性之影響

摘要


本研究旨在探討短期高強度間歇訓練對橄欖球選手有氧能力、下肢爆發力、速度及敏捷性之影響。以台南市長榮大學橄欖球代表隊為受試對象,分為實驗組(n = 18)與控制組(n = 14)共32人,實驗組則接受每週2次,為期3週的高強度間歇訓練,控制組在體能訓練依原先排定之訓練內容進行傳統的間歇訓練;在訓練前(前測)、訓練後(後測)進行有氧能力、爆發力、速度及敏捷性等能力測試,並於第四週之賽前減量期實施第2次後測。以二因子混合設計變異數分析,比較實驗組與控制組兩組在前測、後測及賽前減量期之有氧能力、爆發力、速度及敏捷性的差異,顯著水準設為α = .05。研究結果發現,實驗組有氧能力明顯進步並優於控制組;速度方面兩組均有顯著進步,兩組比較控制組優於實驗組;敏捷性方面兩組均有顯著差異,但實驗組優於控制組;爆發力方面兩組均無法強化僅能維持。本研究結果證實,經3週高強度間歇訓練能有效強化橄欖球選手速度、敏捷性及有氧能力,並且能節省訓練時間,建議類似運動項目可在賽前參考本研究之訓練方法,藉以提升選手有氧能力、敏捷性及速度能力,再搭配能強化爆發力的訓練可提高訓練效果。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of short-term high intensity interval training to aerobic ability, power, speed and agility of rugby players. Thirty-two trained male rugby players of Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) in Tainan City were participated in this study. The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group (n=18) and control group (n=14), respectively. The experimental group took twice a week of high intensity interval training for 3 weeks and the control group took the traditional interval training as the original schedule. The aerobic ability, power, speed and agility of subjects were determined before (pretest) and after (posttest) training, and implemented the second posttest in the taper of the fourth week. We used two-way mixed design ANOVA to compare the difference of aerobic ability, power, speed and agility in pretest, posttest and taper of the experimental group with the control group, and the significant level α = .05. The result of the research found that the experimental group progressed obviously in aerobic ability. Both two groups progressed obviously in speed, and the control group is more than the experimental group. Both two groups progressed obviously in agility, and the experimental group is more than the control group. We conclude that the three-week high intensity interval training can enhance the speed, agility and aerobic ability of football players effectively, and can save the training time. The obtained consequences will be offered for coaches and athletic of similar sports before the competition to enhance the aerobic ability, agility speed of players.
