本研究旨在探討台南市安平區國小教師工作壓力、情緒管理與教學品質的關係,同時比較不同背景變項的國小教師,其工作壓力、情緒管理與教學品質的差異情形。 本研究係採用問卷調查法,針對台南市安平區國小教師發放問卷,共計回收210份有效問卷,並將所收集的資料以SPSS 19.0進行統計分析與檢定,並利用獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法分析資料,並依此探討不同變項之間的差異及相關問題。 本研究主要研究發現如下: 一、教師工作壓力屬中等程度,以學生表現為最主要壓力來源。 二、不同的婚姻狀況、學校規模對教師工作壓力呈現顯著差異性。 三、不同的性別對教師情緒管理呈現顯著差異性。 四、不同年齡、婚姻狀況、學校規模對教學品質呈現顯著差異性。 五、教師工作壓力與情緒管理,工作壓力與教學品質存在負向關聯性。 六、教師情緒管理與教學品質之間存在正向的關聯性。 本研究根據對於國小教師的工作壓力、情緒管理與教學品質之研究發現與結論,針對學校與教育主管機關或國民小學教師提出建議為參考。 關鍵詞:工作壓力、情緒管理、教學品質
The purpose of this study is to discuss how occupational stress and emotional management influence teaching quality among elementary school teachers in Anping District, Tainan City. This study also illustrates the difference of occupational stress, emotional management and teaching quality among elementary school teachers with different background variables. This study adopted questionnaire survey method. The subjects were elementary school teachers in Anping District, Tainan City. A total of 210 valid questionnaires were received. The collected data was analyzed and evaluated by SPSS 19.0 software and several statistical methods including Independent-Samples t Test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis. This study discusses the difference and relevant issues among different background variables according to the analysis. The findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1.Occupational stress among these teachers are at medium level. The stress is mainly from student performance. 2.Significant differences were found marriage status and school scales in terms of occupational stress. 3.Significant differences were found gender in terms of emotional management. 4.Significant differences were found ages, marriage status and school scales in terms of teaching quality. 5.Negative correlation was found between occupational stress and emotional management, as well as occupational stress and teaching quality. 6.Positive correlation was found between emotional management and teaching quality. According to the findings made above, this study provides advices and suggestions regarding the relationship between occupational stress, emotional management and teaching quality to educational authorities and elementary school teachers for their reference.
