一個成功的知識管理系統導入過程管理,必須要同時考量企業內外部之環境以及專案本身的特性,在符合企業原有資源、技術限制條件之下,透過系統化的專案管理過程來達成。本研究期望能透過專案管理的方法來強化知識管理系統導入過程的管理,首先必須探討專案管理理論相關文獻並建立專案管理流程架構,最後再透過實際的個案研究去探討專案管理方法在知識管理系統導入過程的應用。 本研究主要目的是透過個案研究去結合理論與實務。根據本研究的結論,專案管理方法確實是可以應用在知識管理系統導入的過程,但必須同時考量以下因素:(1)專案合約性質、(2)專案未來風險、(3)明確的專案目標、(4)專案團隊的正式訓練、(5)組織流程資產,這些因素都是企業經常容易忽視的。
A successful KMS implementation processes management should to simultaneously consider the corporate internal, external environment and the properties of the project, to fit with the resources, technology as well as the systematically feedback using the project management method. The research expects to reinforce the management of KMS implementation processes through using PMBOK framework. First of all, it collects and organizes the literatures of KMS and project management, and to establish its framework. Consequently, to confer the case to explore the application of KMS implementation processes management using project management method. The main object of this research is through the case study to combine theory with practice. To sum up, the conclusion of this research, one thing is sure that the project management method could apply to implement processes of KMS; but, it have to consider the factors as (1) project character, (2) project future risk, (3) specific project objective, (4) formal training for project team, and (5) organizational process assets. Those factors are often to be neglected.
