地方教師會任務功能、組織定位與會員參與關係之研究-以臺灣高雄縣教師會為例
A Study of Relations on Teacher Association Missions and Roles and Members’ Participation in the Local Teachers’Association-Taiwan Kaohiung LocalTeachers’Association as an Example
摘要
本研究主要在探討地方教師會任務、組織定位與會員參與關係，目的有四：(1)分析教師對教師會任務的認知情形；(2)分析教師對教師會定位的認知情形(3)探討教師會任務各層面與教師參與程度之間的關係(4)探討教師會組織定位各層面與教師參與程度之間的關係。 ?d達前述研究目的，本研究採調查研究法。共收集364位各級學校教師的有效樣本，並以單因子變異數分析法，分別考驗不同背景變項的教師在教師會任務、定位層面的差異情形；以多元迴歸分析法來分析教師在教師會任務、定位層面的認知情形對教師參與組織活動程度的解釋力。 經分析發現(1)教師在教師會任務、組織定位各層面有很高的認知；(2)教師參與教師會組織活動程度與活動內容有關聯；(3)教師在維護教師尊嚴層面的認知與學歷地區有差異；(4)教師在提昇教師專業層面的認知與有無兼行政職務有差異；(5)教師在專業組織面的認知與性別有差異；(6)教師在自主團體層面的認知與學歷與地區有差異；(7)教師在法定組織層面的認知與服務學校地區有差異；(8)教師在提供教師服務與服務團體層面認知對教師參與程度最具解釋力。 根據以上分析結果，提出建議以供各級教師會在運作上的參考。

This thesis intends to explore the relationship teachers’ Association Missions and Roles and Members’ Participation in the Local Teachers’ Association .It aims to: (1) analyze the teachers’ understanding of the missions of the Teachers’ Association. (2) analyze teachers’ understanding of the role of the Teachers’ Association .(3) explore the relationships between teachers’ understanding of the missions of the Teachers’ Association and their degrees of participation .(4) explore the relationship between teachers’ understanding of the role of the Teachers’ Association and their degrees of participation. To fulfill these purposes. To collect the effective specimen of 364 teachers came from different schools and one-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the difference that teachers with different background work on the teacher Association. At the same time, I analyze the Teachers’ understandings on the missions of the Teacher Association and roles were further analyzed by multiple regression analysis. From the different understanding, we can forecast the degree of the Participation in Association. The results show: (1) teachers have very good understanding of the missions and roles of the Teachers’ Association; (2) teachers’ degree of participation depends on the content of the activities; (3) the perception of retaining the teachers’ dignity between different the location of schools; (4) teachers with administrative positions or not also differ in their professional organizations (5) teachers with professional organizations between different sexes; (6) a teacher’s perception in autonomous organizations between different antecedent. (7) a teacher’s perception in a legal organizations have something to do with the location of the school(8) the degree of a teacher’s participation in the teachers’ organization can be best shown by their understanding of the services the Teachers’ Association provides. According the above analysis outcome, I bring up f suggestions for a Teacher Association are given.
