摘要 本研究嘗試探討高中職學校組織文化、教師工作滿意度與組織承諾,並著手進行研究深入瞭解及探討它們彼此之間的差異性與互動關係。在研究方法上,本論文是以台南市十四所高中、職學校為研究實例,探討學校組織文化、教師工作滿意度與組織承諾之關係。本論文採問卷調查的方式,共發放365 份問卷,其中回收有效問卷309 份,藉由SPSS 10.0套裝軟體進行因素分析、信度分析、積差相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法來驗證本論文之假設。本論文之主要研究結果發現: 一、性別、學歷、職務、服務年資、學校類別及規模在學校組織文化上有顯著的差異。 二、性別、年齡、職務、服務年資、學校類別及規模在教師工作滿意度上有顯著的差異。 三、性別、年齡、學歷、服務年資、學校類別及規模在組織承諾上有顯著的差異。 四、學校組織文化與教師工作滿意度存在顯著且正向關係。 五、學校組織文化與組織承諾存在顯著且大部分正向關係。 六、教師工作滿意度與組織承諾之間存在顯著且正向關係。
Abstract This study tries to analyze on how factors such as School Organizational Cultures, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment school effectiveness in the vocational high schools. To achieve an effective analysis between these factors, I try to do some research and study to understand the differences and interactions.As for the research methodology, this thesis uses fourteen vocational high schools in Tainan City as the study samples and research on the relationships among the School Organizational Cultures, Job Satisfaction and organization commitment. Questionnaire has been used to do the survey. 309 copies have been successfully collected out of 365 copies that are issued. By using the software SPSS 10.0 to process Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Pearson Correlation, the statistics is used to prove the hypothesis in this thesis . A. There are apparent differences in gender, education, post, years of teaching, types of schools and model in the School Organizational Cultures. B. There are apparent differences in gender, age, post, years of teaching, types of schools and model in teachers’ Job Satisfaction. C. There are apparent differences in gender, age, education, years of teaching, and types of schools and model in the school Organization Commitment. D. There are apparent and negative relationships between the School Organizational Cultures and teachers’ Job Satisfaction . E. There are apparent and positive relationships between the School Organizational Cultures and Organization Commitment. F. There are apparent and negative relationships between teachers’ Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment.
