本研究主旨在探討台灣電子產業的組織文化對員工的工作投入之影響。綜觀今日台灣產業,可發現高科技產業已發展成為產業主流。組織文化為影響工作投入的重要因素,目前台灣高科技產業最須加強的是企業核心競爭力,並提升員工工作投入。因此,如何建構良好的工作氛圍,提高員工的向心力,降低人才流失,進而能為企業創造更好的組織績效,儼然成為組織當今重要的議題。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以台灣新竹科學園區和桃園華亞科學園區內科技公司員工為研究對象,問卷回收後以 SPSS 20.0 中文版統計套裝軟體進行敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析、相關性分析和迴歸分析,有以下結論: 一、組織文化對於工作投入有顯著性正向影響。 二、組織發展文化對於工作投入有顯著性正向影響。 三、組織共識文化對於工作投入有顯著性正向影響。 四、組織理性文化對於工作投入有顯著性正向影響。 五、組織層級文化對於工作投入有顯著性正向影響。
The purpose of the study is denominated in the impact of Organizational Culture on Employee’s Job Involvement from the Electronic Industry in Taiwan. Take a comprehensive view of the industry in Taiwan today, we can say that the high-tech industries have become the mainstream industry. Organizational innovation culture and job involvement are all important factors influence organizational performance, At present, for the high-tech industries in Taiwan, the most important thing to do is to augment their core competences, and improving employees’ job Involvement, and thus enhance organizational performance. Therefore, how to construct a good working atmosphere and improve staff centripetal force, to reduce brain drain, has become an important issue in today's organizations. This study used questionnaires to Hsinchu Science Park and HWA-YA Technology Park’s staff for the study, questionnaires were collected after the Chinese version SPSS 20.0 Chinese version. The statistical methods were Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. According to the analytical results, this study reveals the following findings: 1. Job Involvement are positively affected by Organizational Culture. 2. Job Involvement are positively affected by Organizational Development Culture. 3. Job Involvement are positively affected by Organizational Consensual Culture. 4. Job Involvement are positively affected by Organizational Rational Culture. 5. Job Involvement are positively affected by Organizational Hierarchical Culture.
