本研究基於「人力資本」、「社會資本」、「機會辨識」、「創業動機」、「育成輔導」這五個因素,並整合創業家、創業機會與創業資源觀點探討南科育成中心新創事業之關鍵成功因素。並以經濟部中小企業處南科育成中心的培育企業做為實證樣本數來源,探討南科育成中心新創事業之關鍵成功因素。 本研究採用實證的結果來證明新創企業家的成功因素,並說明經濟部中小企業處南科育成中心的培育企業的調查數據含義和實際的援助。 本研究主要是以質性及量化研究為主,以成為科學工業為目標的創業家為訪談對象,利用決策支援軟體針對訪談後之量表做一致性檢定與AHP(Analytic hierarchy process, AHP)分析,進而計算出各構面的權重。研究結果顯示,整合創業家、創業機會與創業資源觀點探討南科育成中心新創事業之關鍵成功因素,其中主構面中「人力資本」權重0.318最為重要,指標上「人力資本」中的「產業專屬經驗」權重0.1078最為重要;「社會資本」中以「市場訊息」權重0.0668最為重要;「機會辨識」以「敏銳」權重0.0716最為重要;「創業動機」中以「金錢地位」權重0.0664最為重要;「育成輔導」中以「行政服務支援」權重0.0462最為重要。
This research based on social capital and human capital discusses and opportunity Identification and entrepreneurial motivation and Incubator Counseling that the factors influence on newly nascent entrepreneur’s success and the critical success factors of new venture in SIAT. Applying the data of SIAT enterprise as empirical samples, the object of the study is the critical success factors of new venture in SIAT. The purpose of the study is to illustrate how to establish and initiate the enterprise activities and basic conditions and why the businesses can be work out by the presentations of organizations’ activities. This study uses the empirical results to demonstrate the successful factors of newly nascent entrepreneurs on their businesses and to illustrate the meaning and practical assistance of the data of SIAT enterprise. The 5 most important criterion that the analytics value are: Human Capital makes up 0.318 of the overall importance; Technology accumulated experience makes up 0.1078 of the overall importance; Market information make up 0.0668 of the overall importance; Perception makes up 0.0716 of the overall importance; Money status makes up the 0.0664 of the overall importance.; And administrative services to support makes up the 0.0462 of the overall importance.
