台灣隱形冠軍製造服務化能力之實證

摘要

1988年Vandermerwe和Rada提出的製造業服務化(servitization of manufacturing)歷經二十多年來眾多學者的演化與完善，現今成為了政府近幾年積極提倡於產業，進以用於提升台灣境爭力的頭號理念。但在這詭譎多變的經濟體系下政府又於2012年底推動了中堅企業躍升計畫，運用其 Simon, H.於 1996年提出之隱形冠軍(Hidden Champions)的概念，並票選出國內產業中的隱形冠軍使其成為台灣立足於全球之中堅力量；此亦及為本研究探討之研究對象，希冀能為理論暨實務面做一貢獻。
本研究利用文獻推導、迴歸分析來驗證和衡量其研究對象之服務化能力，暨服務化能力之各構面與組織績效間的相關性，並對比Neely(2008)針對10,028家上市公司所做之製造業服務化與組織績效之實證研究，探討是否有其研究矛盾之現象發生。驗證其隱形冠軍是否會因服務化衡量指標之數量增加，進而導致績效下降，並從其中提出建議與討論。

today this theory has become the government actively promoted , used to enhance the concept of compete environmental in Taiwan.
But in the fickle nature of the economic system , The government of Taiwan at 2012 years to promote the Hidden Champions plan. And votes for electing the backbone of the domestic industry in Taiwan can based on the global; Which is also of exploring and the research object, hoping to be able to make a contribution to the theory and Practices.In this study, the literature is derived, regression analysis to validate and measure their the research target of service capabilities, In this study, the literature is derived, regression analysis to validate and measure their the research target of service capabilities and service capabilities of each dimension and the correlation between organizational performance and contrast Neely (2008) did for the 10,028 listed companies in the manufacturing service-oriented industry and organizational performance empirical study to examine whether their research contradictory phenomenon. Authentication whether its hidden champions because of the number of service-oriented metrics increase, leading to decreased performance, and from which suggestions and discussion.
