高雄市民健康體適能促進策略性規劃之研究

摘要


高雄市民健康體適能促進策略性規劃之研究 摘要 本研究目的係參與行政院體委會委託高雄市體適能運動委員會,實施高雄市民體適能檢測活動普查的同時,深入瞭解與探討現階段高雄市民體適能之現況並參照民國90年體適能常模表,進行高雄市民體適能分析、提出健康生活策略性規劃與建議。研究工具係以行政院體委會(2010)所頒定之健康篩選問卷表及國民體能檢測實務手冊步驟,進行健康體適能之標準化檢測。共2,504位受詴者通過體適能檢測,以SPSS18統計軟體進行資料分析,結果男生為700人,女生為1,804人, 各項體適能能力評估以男女分組,均呈現顯著差異(P<0.01);有無規律運動分組,除BMI(P>0.05)外,其餘均呈現顯著差異;以不同年齡分組,除柔軟度外,均呈現顯著差異,以教育程度分組,除柔軟度及心肺耐力外,其餘均呈現顯著差異;以不同職業分組,除心肺耐力外,其餘均呈現顯著差異;另從研究結果中發現心肺耐力以61-65歲呈現良好,而31-35歲呈現普通,原因歸類為61-65歲族群接近或退休年齡每週規律運動;而31-35歲正是工作年齡較無規律運動有關。最後以分析之資料輔以策略性規劃SWOT分析的方式,探討健康體適能促進的可及性策略,進而建構高雄市民健康體適能促進管理模式。

A Study of Health-Related Physical Fitness Promoting Strategical Plans for Kaohsiung Residents Abstract The purpose of this study was to deeply understand and investigate the Kaohsiung residents’ present conditions on Physical Fitness through conducting survey of Physical Fitness Test , for Kaohsiung residents by Fitness Association of Kaohsiung which was commissioned from Sports Affairs Council, Executive Yuan. The study referred to Physical Fitness rating scale in 2001 then analyzed the Physical Fitness of Kaohsiung residents, and then brought up strategically plans and suggestions for people’ healthy life. The research tools were healthy collecting questionnaire (2010) that was proclaimed by Sports Affairs Council, Executive Yuan and the practical manual of national Physical ability test. There were 2,504 participants passed Physical Fitness Test in total, analyzed by SPSS18 statistic software. The results as follows: as dividing into male (700 people) and female (1,804 people) groups, each Physical Fitness ability estimation reached significantly different (P<.001); as dividing into having regular exercise or not, except for BMI (P>0.05), the rest reached significantly different; as dividing into different ages, all reached significantly different except for flexibility; as dividing into level of education, all reached significantly different except for flexibility and cardiovascular endurance; as dividing into different occupations, except for cardiovascular endurance, the rest reached significantly different. Additionally, the results showed cardiovascular endurance of age 61-65 were good, age 31-35 were average. It was attributed the result to having regular exercise or not. Last, using the analyzed data assists the analyzing way for strategically plans, and probes the possibly promotional strategies of health-related physical fitness, and then eestablishes health-related physical fitness promoting management style for Kaohsiung residents.
