應用先秦儒家管理思想於銀行管理實務可行性之研究-以高雄銀行為例

摘要


儒家的管理思想近來頗受管理學界的重視。尤其在這二十一世紀 「中國式管理」隱然成形的時代裡,儒家管理思想更深具意義,它是不可或缺的重要管理思想之一。 本文深入鑽研先秦儒家的典籍文獻,將儒家的管理思想與現代管 理學的五大功能-規劃、組織、用人、領導與控制相結合,來探討儒家管理思想應用於高雄銀行管理實務的可行性,以證實儒家管理思想不僅是理論之學,它亦是經世致用之學。 本研究利用問卷訪問150 位受訪行員,回收123 份有效問卷。調 查結果顯示,儒家管理思想在高雄銀行管理實務上,確實具有顯著高度的可行性。無論是儒家的規劃思想、組織思想、用人思想、領導思想、抑或儒家的控制思想均具有高度銀行管理實務的可行性。同時在各不同性別、年齡、教育背景、服務年資、管理階層以及各種不同功能性職務別,對儒家管理思想在高雄銀行管理實務的可行性皆無顯著性的差異。唯在教育程度組對儒家領導思想之實務可行性有顯著差異,其中研究所畢業組比大學畢業組有更高的認同性。

The management thought from Confucianism has been very popular with management science field in recent years. Especially,in the 21st century, an era looming to shape the “Chinese style management”, Confucian management thought will carry profound significance and become one of the most important and indispensable management thoughts. The study will dig into the archives related with pre-Qin Dynasty Confucianism, and combine the Confucian management thought with the major five functions of modern management science,namely planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. It will discuss the possibility of applying Confucian management thought to the managerial practices of Bank of Kaohsiung. It will also prove that Confucian management thought is a practical and useful tool of managing the corporate world. The study used the questionnaire to interview 150 bank clerks with 123 effective replies. The investigation shows that the application of Confucian management thought on the managerial practices of Bank of Kaohsiung is highly feasible. All the Confucian thoughts concerning planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling had been verified to be highly applicable to bank managerial practices. The questionnaires showed no significant difference but positive opinions on the applicability of Confucian management thought on bank management practices among interviewees with various genders, ages, education, seniority, job position, and job function. The only exception is the education classification showed deviated opinions against it. Among this education group, graduate level is higher than the undergraduate level.
