從空間的表象探索繪畫現象

摘要


繪畫對觀者提供一份視野,一種對美的澄靜;對創作者而言,則更可能是一種對問題的發想,一種掙扎質問,一種思緒正在大步前進或遭遇曲徑轉折的過程,一種塵埃落定的感悟,甚至是一種被終結時凝視的片段,或是一種具有前瞻性質的狀態,凡此種種皆無非是表象的呈現,帶有某種意圖的表象被包容在空間之中,又是空間的表象被隨機揀選具呈於現實。 本論文以空間的表象為主題,敘述繪畫與空間之關係,與當代美術史上出現之各式樣貌,第一章說明創作研究之起點動機及目的,並框建研究範圍、方法與流程之界定,針對平面繪畫中空間的表象進行論述,超出繪畫的藝術形式不在本論文討論範圍,並佐以十九世紀後印象派以降相關美術流派學說做一綜整;第二章文獻探討,則將空間的表象區分物理的與心理的兩部分,並對變動中與創造性的表象加以闡述,取樣說明空間的表象種種嬗遞與面向;第三章則在創作的理念方面,將空間的表象分別就陷入、臆想、理性與觀看等四個方向作為延伸,論文主要針對以空間的表象為對象之繪畫為議題,並作為繪畫創作時的主題應用。 第四章以前文所立論述分析個別作品,並在創作階段概述中將筆者之創作,以印象派寫生、東方意念、抽象空間探索三階段加以區分,最終以作品演繹理論,理論與創作互為表裡,並期誘發更多創作之可能。

Painting provides viewers a vision and a kind of pure silence of the beauty. For creators, it could be imagination of questions, a struggling query, a thinking which moves forward or the process occurring transition, a peaceful realization, a piece of gaze, or a situation of prospect. All of them are the presentations of imagery which are included in space with some kind of attempt or a random choice of reality. The space imagery is the main subject in this dissertation which describes the relationship between painting and space, and the forms in contemporary art history. The first chapter explains the motive and the purpose of this research for creativities, and constructs the scope of research, the definition of method and process. It only discusses the space imagery of painting, which means the art forms out of the painting are not included in this dissertation. It is also supported by some relative art theories after post impressionism of 19th century for a conclusion. The second chapter is the discussion of documents. It divides the space imagery into physical and mental part and explains the changing and creative presentations. As for the writing conception for the third chapter, the space imagery is extended into four subjects, like enmeshment thinking, reason and observation. This dissertation mainly focuses on the painting of space imagery and applies them into the creative drawing. The fourth chapter analyzes individual artworks based on the former content. During the general description of creative process, it is divided into three sections as impression sketch, oriental concept, and the exploring of abstract space of the writer’s creativities. Finally, it analyzes not only the work but also the theoretical authority of the work. Hopefully, it can inspire the possibility of more creative works.
